Thanksgiving 2015, Part 1

Thursday we celebrated Thanksgiving with Brent's family in Troy, North Carolina. We arrived around lunchtime to an awesome lunch-so much good food! After lunch, we just got to spend some good time catching up with all the family.

After the yummy lunch, we finished up with dessert. Of course, chocolate cupcake should be on every Thanksgiving dessert menu...

We got some good cousin time in too. Here is Bethany and Cousin Melanie.

Hanging out with Nana and Papa and Cousin Inman and coloring with Cousin Olivia was fun too!
We loved getting to see Saylor and Inman again!

Uncle Jared, Uncle Jason, Papa, Bethany and Brent all pose for a shot!

Every year we head outside after lunch for our fall classic family football game.  The girls even got into playing some this year.  Nice spiral Rachel!

This game can get pretty competitive and is always a great workout after a huge meal.
Bethany is growing every day and taking everything in.
The three ladies with their babies pose for a shot in front of the old barn.  Brittany with Saylor, Brooke with Inman, and Dana with Bethany.
The entire McGuirt family November 2016.  Nana and Papa were proud of all the grandbabies- that makes 5!

 Being silly...
Mama Robinson enjoyed holding the newborns.  Here she is enjoying Saylor.
There's nothing like holding a newborn beauty in your arms as a great-grandparent!
Mama enjoying her great-grandson Inman James.
Nana enjoyed playing with Bethany and was impressed with her new standing and walking skills!
Great Aunt Annette loved hanging out with Bethany!
The girls got some early Christmas gifts from their great Aunt, and they also pulled out the classic Lincoln Logs that their dad played with growing up at Mama and Papa's house.
 Papa enjoyed seeing Rebekah.
The girls love their second cousins, and they couldn't stop talking about seeing Aidan and Owen.  Check out the log cabin they built together.

 Resting time.
 Don't squish Big Mama!
Quality time with Big Papa!  So thankful to have them around still after 89 years!
We had a great time with Brent's family on Thursday.  More to come soon about our time with Dana's family on Friday and Saturday!
