Two Year Old Checkup

 On Wednesday, we headed to the pediatrician for Rebekah's 2 year old well check. This was her first time with all the big girl equipment including standing on the big girl scales instead of sitting on the infant scale. We even went ahead and got both girls' flu shots. Did I mention that Rachel completely melted down at the thought of a flu shot, got the shot, stood up and said "that wasn't too bad!"?

 The pediatrician gave us all these really neat graphs that show her weight and height and ratios of those. I always say I am going to keep those but usually don't. So here are Bekah's two year old stats instead:
                                                            Weight: 23 pounds and 4 ounces
                                                             Height: 32 inches      
                                                              

Thankful for our big two year old and a great check up!

Happy Birthday, Rebekah Faith! We can't believe you are two already! We are blessed by your sweet smiles and hugs. You make us smile as you mimic everything we say and add in a few words of your own too! We love watching you learn and grow into the beautiful little girl God is making you to be!

Since Bekah's birthday is on Tuesday, we actually celebrated with her birthday party this past weekend. We have Kingdom Kids, which is our children's ministry at church, every other Sunday right after church. I figured we were already at church and all Bekah's friends would be too so we could just have her party then! Thank you to all our Kingdom Kids for coming to celebrate with us!
