Our 4th Anniversary at FMBC

Sunday brought about our 4th anniversary at Faith Mountain Baptist Church. It is hard to believe 4 years have passed by so quickly already! Rachel was not quite 3 and Bekah was 5 weeks old on our first Sunday at FMBC. Now Rachel will soon be 7, Bekah just turned 4 and we have added Bethany Joy to our family too!

This first picture is back on our 2nd anniversary at FMBC and the other picture is the very first week we moved to Rockbridge County.

Yesterday brought about an extremely busy 4th anniversary Sunday. Brent had a meeting before church and 2 meetings immediately after church too. Here is Brent taking part in the birthday recognition at church as well since he has a birthday next week. We also had our backpacks due for Christmas backpacks for missions also. Here are the girls packing their backpacks on Sunday morning.
Brent preached a great sermon from Ephesians 2 on God's grace and how much we need Jesus.
We had a great late lunch and visit with our friends, the Sorrells after church and the meetings. Then we headed to help move one of our elderly church members in the afternoon along with several other FMBC members who came to help with the moving also.

We had a good visit with Linda and Wayne Smith just before Sunday evening service. It was so good to get to visit with both of them! We also hung out with the youth group for little while and enjoyed watching them work on some team building fun.

We finished up our anniversary day with a good Sunday evening service with Brent teaching on Psalm 23.
We are thankful for all the Lord has done in the 4 years He has blessed us to serve here at FMBC and we are thankful for and continuing to trust Him for all He is continuing to do as well!
