This week, we started another year of school. This time with a First grader and one in Pre-Kindergarten.
They got new school supply boxes. They were thrilled and ready to use them right away.
We had a good first day. They jumped right in and did their work. They even worked well side by side.
In fact, it went so well that they even asked if they could do schoolwork this evening! That was a first! They had dance this afternoon and Brent was visiting at the hospital. The girls and I got back from dance and we had supper and then I hear "can I go upstairs and do some more schoolwork?" Yes, sure you can!
Littlest Sister took a good morning nap while we worked this morning and she had fun playing with their toys in front of their desks while they did some more schoolwork this evening. Bekah was working on spelling her name here.
Thankful for a good first day and looking forward to all we are all going to learn this year!
