Girls Day

This past weekend, on Friday and Saturday, Brent went to a men's conference at Liberty University with some friends, so the girls and I had a Girls Day. Friday night they got to pick the menu for supper. Anyone with little ones can probably take a good guess at their menu choice. Yep..chicken nuggets and tater tots! Mommy did get some apples and oranges on their plate too...and chocolate milk to drink.

After supper, I let them paint for a little while. We decorated milk jugs that will become bird feeders for the backyard.
Here are the big girls with their almost finished project.
We finished up Friday evening with a movie night
Bethany, of course, didn't watch but she looked so big girl sitting there with her sisters. It won't be long before she is running around too.
Saturday morning, Kaitlin came over and spent the morning with the girls and me. They were so glad to see Kay Kay. After we had cinnamon rolls, we all made salt dough ornaments together. The girls made butterflies, flowers and bunnies to get ready for their spring tree decorating.
Kay Kay also had lunch with us before she had to leave for work. Thanks for coming over for a visit, Kay Kay! The girls had so much fun!
