Ballet Day

For sometime now, ballet books have been a favorite around our house. Then Rachel started showing us her "ballet" spins and such. So we decided it was time to officially start dance class. Ballet began last week and Tuesday's have quickly become a favorite at our house because of this. So here is Rachel at her first ballet class and also showing the ballet poses she learned both weeks.

Happy Ballet Day!

This is my favorite group of pictures. On the left, Rachel is showing me her ballet skills in her room on the morning before she ever went to her first ballet class. On the right, she is showing me the ballet pose she learned today during class. It is called a passe'. I guess she really was paying attention to all those ballet books we read!
