We headed from snowy Virginia on Thursday morning to North Carolina to see Brent's family on Thanksgiving Day. We had a delicious lunch and visited for awhile.
Then a big group headed outside for some exercise including the annual family football game,
Well. mostly the guys played football and Brooke, Brittany and I visited and kept Rachel and Rebekah from running into the football game too often. Of course, of all days, this day was the day my camera decided to act up! Thanks to Melanie and Brittany for taking pictures for me as well!
We also had some indoor fun including playing dolls with Cousin Melanie and a musical concert by Matt, Melanie, Aidan and Owen.
Bekah even wanted to help Papa wash dishes!

We stayed overnight Thursday night to get a little more time to visit with Big Mama and Big Papa. Big Mama cooked us a wonderful breakfast before we headed on our way to see more family.
We are thankful for the blessing of our family both near and far and were glad to get to spend Thanksgiving with our families. It was great to see and visit with all of you!
